Truc # 37 pour prendre de la masseTravailler en contraction isométrique. Lorsque vous soulevez une charge, immobilisez la barre dans le haut du mouvement et demandez à vos partenaires d’entraînement de décharger un peu la barre et continuer par la suite à faire vos séries. Donc de cette façon, vous éliminez votre temps de repos entre les séries et vous maintenez la contraction musculaire dans la période de décharge.

Debout, les pieds collés les bras fléchis le long du corps.
Faites une flexion des genoux (plus bas que 90 degrés). En bas, poussez énergiquement sur vos pieds pour vous propulser assez haut pour que vos pieds quittent le sol. Au même moment, écartez rapidement vos pieds pour que lorsqu'ils retoucheront le sol, qu'ils soient beaucoup plus large que votre bassin. Faites une flexion énergique pour revenir à la position de départ.
